Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) will not be accepted for orders that exceed the 3 months’ time frame.

For any special case reasons, RMA’s can be reviewed by a manager for approval/rejection.

All shipments delivered to the customers must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Any damages/shortages must be reported to carrier, and it must be indicated on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at that time.

Proof of damage to tamper proof tape and shrink wrap upon receiving must be submitted.

Be advised, MFC representative will ask for photos of product and any labels on the boxes for all return/credit requests.

For any damages that require a claim with the carrier, the credit will not be issued until the carrier approves the claim.

All returns must be shipped back to MFC within 10 business days from receiving paperwork such as Return Merchandise Authorization form, labels/Bill of Ladings.

All returns must be shipped back in the MFC original boxes.

In the event above cannot be done, replacement boxes must be clearly labeled, and original packing slip must be included.

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in the cancellation of RMA.

If a product is delivered to MFC warehouse without valid RMA, it will be rejected and returned to the sender.

If there are any difficulties with any of the paperwork or pickup, please notify MFC rep as soon as possible in the event an extension is needed.

Any eligible credits will be processed within 7 business days from a confirmed receipt of the RMA to our warehouse.

Only confirmed quantities received back by our warehouse will be credited.

For any shipments that include wrong or damaged items, incorrect color or quantity delivered to customer can be returned within 3 months of the original order date.

Shipping and freight charges will NOT apply for above mentioned.

For any shipments that the customer chooses to return at not fault of MFC such as over-ordering in quantity, discontinuing, etc. may be returned within 3 months with manager approval.

Customer can use their own carrier/account if preferred.

Restocking fees may apply.

Please note that some customer specific special items may not qualify for returns.
